"proof of address" -
1) you dont tell me why I need to do this.
2) you ask for a copy of my passport, and my taxes ?
3) you tell me nothing about where/how you will store my personal info.
4) you dont tell me who will get acces to it.
in according to EU law+regulations you need to provide me with answers to all of the above - and i trust it will be kept strictly on servers located in the EU.
also you will take 3-4 days to process my upload, so account is frozen for 4 days - if my bank froze my credit card for 4 days i would change bank, unfortunately i cant change away from you - since i use Airbnb, but im writing a complaint to them as well - hoping that if enough do this, they will provide me with an alternative to your poor service.
I will also write to ebay, Amazon and Banggood where i shop alot.
You should not close my account - you could have asked for this info any time in the past 6 years or so. - if you all of a sudden need this info atleast tell me why and where it is storeged.
also I wrote customore sercice and it state you will take up to 8 weeks to answer this - are you out of your **bleep**ing minds, what is thes Russia in the 1950´s ?
I have been a happy user for i dont know... 6 years.. 10 ... who knows... but this ... closing my account out of the blue, not even a email, i just cant buy with the funds i have on my account - you must think your customers worthles.
