Hi iv a verified account and debit card to me pay pal ,l received email from PayPal offering me the choice to use this as main payment ,set all that up but whenever iv tried to pay at check out theres never this option it just goes to insufficient funds in PayPal

the same for me said u can choose this option at check out but nothing there shame because it would be helpful
