iv'e tried to pay for goods iv'e ordered from ebay and i have an account with paypal but for some reason it wont let me send a payment it keeps saying error? please help me solve this problem so i can receive the goods
There are many reasons why your payments may not go through, it may be that your card company declined this transaction which will show in the error message you are receiving.
