not getting the deposit option in paypal account

I want to add money to my payal account from my bank account and iam unbale to do so. The required option of adding money via banks is not showing up . Can someone help me out.

Firstly you do know that as a buyer you never need to add funds to your paypal account balance do you?

If you still want to do so then you click on ''add funds'' below your paypal balance and there are 2 options to choose from.
