right my origonal account got phished but i got it back it then has limits on it, to get past these limits i need to reset my password i have done this then change security questions and i have done that then i need to confim my identity but i dont know how to do this? do i call paypal or what? there is nothing on the resolution centre. so i come here for help then i find problem number 2 it wont let me sign in here as i need to review my details or something or other so whats that about?
