I have two pay pal accounts both have the same information but different names the account that is clarice curvy is my business name but its under a personal account when i tried to upgrade it to business it would allow me now the account it restricted and they want to see legal documents for the business name but all my documents are under my legal name im stuck and need help

This is a tricky one. As PayPal is an online bank, we would usually require you to create your personal account with your legal name.

Please try not to worry though. Mistakes happen and our specialists would normally ask you to close this personal account and open a new account using our business sign-up flow instead. That way, you can have your business name on the new account and your personal name as the point of contact for the business.
