dont have photo id to verify my paypal to withdraw my funds

anyone else got the same problem with not having a passport or driving license/citizen card to access my sold items funds and withdraw the said monies

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to withdraw the funds as you do not have a proof of Identity. I can understand that this is frustrating. If you do not have a drivers licence or a Passport you can also provide a copy of your Birth certificate. This is also a valid proof of Identity. maybe you are able to upload this to us so that we can help you further :).
