i'm in egypt , and i have connected an HSBC card to my paypal account after adding it it said that your card has been added successfuly then i go to confirm it no code is sent to me mobile at all i waited for the code for days nothing has been sent to me i talked to bank to see if there was any withdrawl process but they said nothing has happended then i removed it and repeated the steps many times las time was today morning but i didn't recieve any sms for code .
so what's going on here ?
