account limits

I have tried to find out my account limits and have followed the on screen advice, ie, under account summary, click check account limits...but when I do this, nothing happens, I still do not know what my limits are, I am not a business account.

Have you got a linked bank account and either a debit or credit card linked to your paypal account?
