Hello! i created my account when I was living in Germany, after a while I moved to Spain and then I got a message that i have to provide some info about my address and stuff in order to verify the account. i submitted the documents with my new Spanish address and in the meanwhile i reached 2500 eur and my account was limited. I also received a message from paypal that i have to submit my german address. but I don‘t live in Germany anymore... what can i do now? how can i withdraw the money I have on my account right now? please help!
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
You are supposed to withdraw all funds and remove any bank accounts / cards and close the old account BEFORE you move.
