Hi could someone advise me where im going wrong please? I recently added and verified my bank account to get my limits lifted. Then verified my debit card, set up direct debit and confirmed my address. All my 'to do' items are ticked off and my limit has been lifted. I checked my bank and the direct debit has been set up.
I've done everything asked yet i cant seem to pay by instant bank transfer..i wanted to pay from my bank as i dont like using my card online. the option to pay this way has appeared in the listing but it is greyed out and i only have e-cheque or debit card available.
I sent a payment earlier today and received an email from paypal saying it had been sent as an echeque since i dont have a valid debit or credit card listed. BUT it gives me the option to pay by debit card which i have been doing until now. it doesnt even expire until 2016?? WHY cant i pay by instant bank transfer
