For our not-for-profit group, we have set up a PayPal account to receive donations. I have followed the steps in the help topics to do this -- i.e. I have set up a business account.
To remove limits, I have to verify. Verification requires a company registration number. However, we're not a registered company, we are an unincorporated association, so we have no number.
Since there is no number, verification is now requiring me to send documents that we also do not have, since we are an unincorporated association.
How do I go about resolving this please?
