I made my first paypal account last year but then it got limited. So i made this one. My other one still had money and i was still able to login. Today i tried logging in but it requires phone verification, and i deactivated the old phone linked to the account. If i call them do i have to verify the old number for them? I need to login to withdraw my money. HELP!!!
