I'm trying to verify my UNION BANK debit card to be linked on my paypal account but I am getting this error message "We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date." I already tried verifying my account many times and its been almost a month since I got this card. There is sufficient fund in there so I can receive the 4 - digit code. What seems to be the problem? According to the UNION BANK specialist there is nothing they can do about this. Please help me on this matter. Thank you!
