Hey guys I never recieved my 4 digit paypal code through my card statement so I am unsure of what to do. Furthermore there is no option on the 'to do list' to manage my card settings which I need to have access to be able to resend the 4 digit code. The only option in the to do list is 'Policy Update'. Lastly I need to 'Pick which type of PayPal account best suits you' however I cannot see the option in order to chose the account that's right for me.
You could always remove your card and then re-add it and see if after numbers come through then but how long have you waited as they can take a few weeks to show up on a card statement??
Also there are x3 accounts.
1. Personal for buying etc.
2. Premier as an individual buying and selling on ebay or another site there own bits and pieces.
3. Business account if you are a registered business.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
Yes I have waited a long time it's been many months in fact and I forgot about verifying my account until recently.
Which option have I got to press to get to that part where I can choose the account for me? I am not sure I have the same version as paypal as everyonelse. Furthermore on the email you sent me with these steps:
Log on to PayPal Community.
Click My Profile.
Click the Subscriptions & Bookmarks tab.
Change your settings and click Save Changes.
In my profile there is no Subscriptions and Bookmarks tab. Instead there are:
My Details
My Money
My Account Settings
My Selling Preferences
I removed and readded my card to see if your suggest will work however unfortunately I am still stuck on the last stage of being verified.
UPDATE: Just got an email confirming my limits have been lifted and now I am apparently verfied and when I click on the Verfied link I get this message "You are now a Verified PayPal user. In addition to increased security, buyers and sellers value your Verified status because it indicates you have passed PayPal security checks. Most importantly, you can now send unlimited payments with your PayPal account." However there is also the message still telling me to check my 4 digit PayPal Code.
