Hello comunitiy from paypal

I am new to paypal and i have a problem.

I made my acc but didnt confirm my card

today i when to my bank the get the code i i got it

but now when i want to confirm i cant anymore

so i tried to add my card again but its not working i get this error

This card is not accepted. Please use a different card.

Can you help, can you tell me how to fix it?

If you are still unable to add the card, the best thing would be to contact us via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK or Twitter: @AskPayPal and we will follow up. You can also select the Contact link in your PayPal account. This way we will be able to help you to follow up on this.
