Receiving and withdrawal limits

Hi everyone,

A few days ago I got an email from PayPal saying I've reached my account limit of receiving 2,500 euros per year, and that if I want it lifted, I should submit some IDs so they can review my case.

So I submitted the documents necessary, then the 3rd step was to confirm my credit card. I takes me to a page where my only option is to click the NEXT button, which redirects me to the Wallet page where I can see my balance, and the credit card I linked to the account. And there is just no way for me to CONFIRM this credit card again.

I have sent them several emails so far, and got only standard, no-reply messages from them.

Anyone else ever had this issue? What could I do? Basically, my account can't even get in the review process by them, so in the meantime, I'm twice blocked.

Feeling frustrated,

Lia

Hi there,

I see you have not had a response from any of our members to date. Maybe I can help.

If you have already confirmed your card it will not be necessary to confirm it again. For now you can ignore this step. Once the documents have been received they will be in a queue for review. Once reviewed you will be updated. In the meantime please feel free to use your account as normal.
