My PayPal account has this nasty habit of sometimes deducting funds normally but sometimes going through my credit card, even when I have available funds.
But it's not even consistent - I have GBP and USD, but if I purchase something in USD sometimes it goes off my USD but sometimes it converts and goes off GBP and sometimes it even goes straight through to my credit card, even when I have funds available in the applicable currency.
If I want to stick with one currency, how can I be sure that purchases outside of my balance currency will still go off my PayPal and never go through my credit card?
