Paypal taking the **** only sent 3 digit code

I tried to verify my account by adding bank account, the code sent to bank was only 3 digits, generated it twice same thing happened . Tried to email paypal about form will not send, tried to complain that form will not send! Now I find they have taken money from my account wich I can only get back once enter 4 digit code and verify account ! I'm a single mother with a two month old baby I need that money back! Can't ring the call center as only have mobile with a block on premium rate numbers. What should I do?

You need to call customer support as they can view your account and assist.  Sending emails works fine for some issues however, not so well for others.

Managed to get an email to them by putting it under a different topic of money withdrawals HA waiting on a reply, I can't ring as it's a premium rate number

Hey i have the same problem, this community forum is next to useless, the only advise anyone seems to give is contact customer services. they never email back and have you on the phone to there premium rate rip off number for ages un able to sort out any issue you have without passing you from pillar to post!!

Could u please tell me how long it takes to send a code out
