Contacting Paypal by phone

I've been sent the following instructions to get a passcode but they don't get me to where a code can be generated. Any help out there?

Follow the steps below to get a randomly generated, 6-digit one-off passcode:

1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
2. Click Contact near the bottom of the page.
3. On the right side of the page, click Call Us. (A one-off passcode will be displayed. It's valid for 1 hour.)

Well i just did it to test and got one.

Help / contact.

Contact customer service (in the blue band at the top).

Ignore the list of questions for 'help' and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'Call us'.

Then log in.

Then you should get the code and number.
