I recently changed my email address on my listings on ebay, and I had forgotten to set up that email address with a paypal account.....today the auctions ended, lots of people have paid and I got the emails saying the payment and had been made and to set up a paypal account to receive the funds, which I have done but nothing has come through! What have I done wrong?
I hope you don't mean you opened another paypal account!!!!
All you had to do is add the new email addy to your existing paypal account as you can have up to 8 on the one paypal account and verify it and then make it primary if you wanted to via the profile tab in your paypal overview.
