Paypal limited for 5 years now

Hello i've been trying to get my paypal back to normal for a while. What happend was in 2011 I was selling some in game content which I gave to the buyer. He then paid me and after a while claimed that he didn`t receive the goods so my paypal was limited. After it being limited for a while and me not knowing that creating another paypal account was against the rules I made one. Which after a few days got limted aswell. Now the limit of the transaction got closed on my first account, but it got limited again because I made a second account and for some reason they found my account activities suspicious so they limited my account for my own safety. What I don`t understand is that they told me to send them information before 01-01-1970 in which paypal didn`t even exist. I have tried contacting them though messages which they give vague answers to. I have tried messaging them on FaceBook, where they just ignore me (I was really suprised they would ignore me). So now I am here asking for help. Is it possible to ever get my account back? Can`t they delete my other acccount and let me use my first one. I really want to use paypal. This is my last hope. If you need more information i`ll gladly give it to you. I just want this limit removed.

It would be pointless giving us more info as we are not customer services, this is just a user to user help forum,.

Your best bet is to phone customer services direct.  >>

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
