Paypal is rejecting my credit card.

"We're sorry, but that credit card can't be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different credit card."

CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

Have you ever had that card attached previously to another paypal account even one that is now closed??

It was attached only to this account but I could not buy anything on ebay. it asked me to change my adress. so I deleted my credit card, changed my adress and tryed again to add credit card. And then this message appeared.
