Payment Holds And No Contact From Pay Pal

I have tryed to contact Pay Pal on several occasions for months with no contact back. I can understand why Pay Pal holds my payments to protect customers on Ebay but why is it even though they have left good feedback and are happy and it's been a week or so since why is my fund's being held still. I use Ebay as a means of work and as such this is crippling me! Anyone else have these problem's

When we place a payment hold, we take into account many factors which contribute to your overall history as a seller. We recommend that you implement selling practices which will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Here are a few things you can do to reduce the likelihood of experiencing a payment hold:

• Post your items with trackable postage such as Royal Mail's recorded delivery
• Process your orders right away
• Communicate early and often with your buyers
• Resolve all customer disputes quickly

If you meet the following, you’ll receive payments instantly in most cases:

• You have been an eBay and PayPal member for 6-months or more
• Your total Feedback score is 100 or greater
• Your buyer dissatisfaction percentage is less than 5%
• You are selling in a category or industry with an established history
• Your average Detailed Seller Rating is 4.5 or greater
• You have received 20 or more Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12-months
