I entered my bank account information, and since my phone number is registered under my other company, it says "cant verify phone number"... HOW THE **bleep** CAN I VERIFY MY ACCOUNT!!!?!?!? This is ridiculous!
Suggest you contact customer services and ask them that one.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
