PayPal account limited, documents still haven't been reviewed

Hello,

 

I called PayPal customer service and they said they will escalate my claim and that my document would be reviewed withing 72 hours. It's been over 72 hours and I still haven't heard back from them. Any ideas what to do?

 

My case ID is  PP-005-294-541-756.
