I used a U.S.A number to verify my account.But I dont get any sms confirmation.I also have hearing problem so cannt listen but only can read sms/code. In this mobile number unverified position ... Can i upload & send cash securely?Thanks

Why would you need a U.S phone number to verify a UK phone for a UK paypal account in the UK?
