My Navy Federal bank Credit union bank was Disabled

On july 12 I succesfully paired my bank account with paypal and I wanted to put my paypal money into the bank but it unlinked my bank.  I tried Relinking my bank account but it said it was disabled, can someon tell me how or why this happened and how to fix it?  Thank you.

No it accepted my bank and on july 12 i got this email:       

 

Also I accidently accepted that as the solution so I still need other ideas on how to fix this.  Thank you.

Well you need to clarify as that looks like a US and not a UK bank.??

I am In america and that is an american bank it was orking for a while bu then stopped IM not sure why, Im using US paypal And a US bank.

OK then to save confusion it would have been better for you to have posted on the US forum rather than the UK forum or we are going to presume you are in the UK.

If your bank has been disabled then have you >>

1. Had a recent failed bank transfer to a seller etc?

2. Had a negative balance in your paypal account?

3. Is it still set up in your online banking account?

4. Did you accidentally remove it at some point?

Yeah I got it sorted out by adding a different bank account I was also not aware this was the UK forum sorry about thay but thank you for the help.
