Limited paypal account

Hello everyone,

My account is limited for over a month now for no reasson... im sending the documents they ask but they keep saying they are bad...

The thing is that im living with my mom, and all the utility bills are in her name... and when i try to send my bank statement they say we cant eccept it..

Could anyone help me out?

well i uploaded more pappers for my address proff and now they closed the account for no reasson... still have some funds left there.. is there any way to reopen it or take the funds out??
