Limited business account

Week ago i hade a notification that i need to provide additional information due to EU legistaltion, which is all fine and well, so i up loaded many times all the required information, regarding my company, however paypal is still showing as waiting for my response, does any one know if this will update, as i dont want to leave this too long. any help would be much appreciated.

I can definitely understand your confusion here. If you have already provided the requested information, your case will have been sent to our review team and most likely be reviewed within 30 days, even though it still says 'Waiting for your response'.

 

The reason the review takes 30 days is that we prioritise accounts which have reached the receiving limit and are now limited due to this. If you are still able to use your account as normal, this means that your account has not been limited, but is approaching the receiving limit.

 

If you don't receive a response from us at least 30 days after you've provided the requested information, please contact Customer Support directly so we can review your case as a priority. You can find our contact details by clicking on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of any page when logged in.

I have the same problem. It’s been over 30 days since I first gave the information. I gave it again ten days ago and soon after got the congrats confirmation but still my access is restricted; but the thing that really stinks is being BLANKED on every attempt at correspondence over the last six weeks. Is there one Mod on here that’ll take it upon themselves to resolve this for me? And don’t ask me to contact Customer Support directly, I’ll take it as a grating insult.
