Hello, I recently created a pay pal account I did not read that I had to be 18 or older so they limited my account. Saying: Your account is limited because you were not 18 years old when you created this PayPal account. According to Section 2 of our User Agreement, you must be at least 18 years old to sign up for a PayPal account. When you're at least 18 years old, you may create a new PayPal account after closing this account. Please contact us so we can assist you with the closing of this account: 1.Log in to your PayPal account. 2.Click Help near the bottom of any PayPal page. We look forward to building a relationship with you going forward. My question is my account would be limited forever or can I unlimited it once I turn 18? Thank you

What part of this did you not understand?? Or was it that you want to open the same account?
