 I have 1.50€ in my account and my card is Maestro .

This is the UK board and you are talking in euros so what country are you in, what paypal account do you have and what currency is on that card.

I'm from Romania my currency is 2.50 € = 2 £

OK well rules on this kind of thing differ country to country so its best to ask on a board in your own country.
