Am currently located at India, I tried like 6 months back to connect my Baroda account with paypal, i faced one problem, they wanted a PAN card as one of requirements, since am a foreigner here could not able to have it, but now i wanted to see whats new again, i opened my account and see the bank is connected but the confirmation is still pending, so am asking for any help please..
