False Limitations

Hi, I've been limited because of EU regulations, earning over 2500 euros. However this is false because some of the payments I received were from refunds. I would be happy to give any transaction IDs to staff as proof.
I refuse to submit additional information because it's unnecessary. It simply requires a member of staff to remove the limits due to certain payments not counting.

They won't do that, you either verify your account or they will limit it permanently.

Why? Is their customer service that bad?
I'd rather lose the money on there than waste my time.

They have to abide by EU law and whatever you say if the amount you have received hits that amount then you have to verify your account.
Personally i verified mine as soon as i joined so did not have that problem.
