Facebook game purchases

I have been trying to buy extras while playing a Facebook game and this is the message which appears:

"Your Paypal payment could not be completed. You can always visit your account settings and add a valid credit card number, or update your Paypal information to complete your purchase. Please contact Paypal directly if you believe there's something wrong with your account Paypal related errors"

I have bought extras before in the same game without problem but now it seems to be denying any further purchases.

All other payments I make via Paypal are accepted without a problem.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

Please make sure your PayPal account is verified. We only ask you for essential information when you sign up to PayPal, but as you transact with us we're under a legal obligation to know more about you. When you verify your account you're proving that you own the financial details added to your account. To get verified, go to your account and add and confirm your bank account.

Hi Intars,

Thanks for your reply but it's pretty much the stock answer I get when I pose this question in your FAQ's.

My bank account is verified and I also have a credit account with Paypal so it's not as if I'm an 'unknown' in the system.

I've been using Paypal to purchase 'extras' from different Facebook games for the past 6 years without any problems until a month ago. This is definitely a Paypal glitch, not a customer one. 😉
