Confirm paypal card added to my paypal account

Hi all,

I have just a question: I've to confirm my debit card( paypal that's master card) added to my paypal account.

The method seems simple (putting 4 digits of paypal code), but if I can't see the statement of my card, How I can confirm it?

Someone can help me? Had same problem in the past?

I'm locked at the moment, because my paypal account is locked and I can't use it until I will confirm my paypal card: but How can I confirm the card if I can't see the statement and, finally, the code of transaction? Any solutions?

Hi BostonVella,

Welcome to the Community Forum! As the confirmation code only shows on your card statement, you will need to get a copy of the statement to locate it.

I'd recommend checking either your online statement, or contacting your bank and asking them to provide you with a statement for the card if you don't have one. As the code is automatically generated and sent to the statement of the card, we at PayPal do not see it, which is why you need to locate the statement to resolve this issue 🙂
