Confirm identity - resolve button not working (HELP)

I received an email stating my identity needs to be confirmed.

I get to the resolution centre, easily find the "resolve" button but every time I try to click it, the page just refreshes.

 

I have tried on my iPhone and on my iPad. The same results, or lack there of.

I messaged PayPal support and was specific about the problem - they just sent an automate response telling me what I already know, without even acknowledging the problem itself - THE BUTTON IS NOT WORKING.

 

I hope someone from PayPal will read this and be able to fix this issue so I can quickly fix this.

To add insult to injury, I made an order through Barnes & Noble on November 1st. Because there are pre-orders in it, the payment hasn't been completed and there was still an authorization charge visible. That payment was due to go through in the next two days.

 

However now, because of the limitations put on my account, the payment has disappeared, leaving only the authorization charge. Wonderful. I've eagerly waited 6 months for this sale and that might be ruined, forcing me to wait another 8 months for the next one. This might not seem like a big deal to some, but I don't have much joy in my life and it matters to me.

 

I'm not getting the support I need from PayPal yet. I hope someone can help.
