Hi, I have a recieving limit on my account that I am trying to lift and I have completed all of the steps in the lift limits process and they are all crossed out with a green tick next to them but my limit has not been lifted and I get a message on the lift limits page saying "More information required to lift account limits" but there is nowhere I can click to enter any more information.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Or can get it fixed?
