I too have a similar problem.
My account tells me to go to the resolution centre.
On that page, it says 'You have 37 days to resolve before your account becomes restricted'. When I look there are no pending or open cases.
Further down the page it shows the following:
Steps to Provide More Information - Date Limited Required Response Status Action 16 Jan 2014 - Lift receiving limits - Waiting for your response - resolve.
When I press 'resolve' it says 'Congratulations. You have successfully lifted your withdrawal and receiving limits'.
I then click continue and I go back to 'You have 37 days to resolve before your account becomes restricted'. and so I go around in a continuous loop.
Would appreciate any help. Thank you.
