Can't complete limitation steps!

So my account got limitations for some strange reason. I go to complete the steps and I complete the first two. But the last one is asking me for my credit card number but i don't have that credit card anymore so I don't know the number. Is there anything i can do? Can i give paypal a different way of verifying that I own the account? Please help, thanks.
