I have problem here. I get status of "Your account access is limited. " and to resolve that issue I need to confirm my Credit Card. But, when I fill "Add Credit or Debit Card" form and click "Add Card" the result is I get error message "Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem". I try to do it again for several time but still I got that error message.
