I would like to know if I can use to my brother's Credit Card on my Paypal account?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal UK Community!

If you would like to add a card to your PayPal account this card must be owned by the same person of the PayPal account. In this case, your brother's card should never be registered in your account as this get your account limited.
