All documents submitted, but account still limited - can't get through to Paypal, Call / Email

My account is limited and I have completed all the required information and submitted all the documents, but it is still asking me to:


Verify your account using your bank account or credit card

 

My bank and debit card are already verified.

 

I can't remove and re-add them to verify them again because it says that it cannot be removed as a transaction is in progress.

 

I have tried calling Paypal but I keep getting a message saying that the line is having technical difficulties after I am put in the queue, then it hangs up.

 

When I tried to submit an email it just says: We're sorry, but something went wrong.


My account is limited and soon to be possibly restricted and I can't call/message/text/chat to anyone. I'm stuck.

Please assist.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I'm not on Twitter, will try Facebook though - would prefer a more private method of communication but I guess these are my only options atm.

It is private and its a way customer services reccommend as long as you select the private message part.
