My account is limited and I have completed all the required information and submitted all the documents, but it is still asking me to: Verify your account using your bank account or credit card My bank and debit card are already verified. I can't remove and re-add them to verify them again because it says that it cannot be removed as a transaction is in progress. I have tried calling Paypal but I keep getting a message saying that the line is having technical difficulties after I am put in the queue, then it hangs up. When I tried to submit an email it just says: We're sorry, but something went wrong. My account is limited and soon to be possibly restricted and I can't call/message/text/chat to anyone. I'm stuck. Please assist.
