Account problem

Hi my account is a verifed account and ive used it for a long time, ive now been asked to confirm my bank again? 2 small deposits have been sent to your bank and all that blahblah blah (still waiting for them) but why am i having to do it all again? My 100% ebay has gone down because of this because ive brought and cant pay the sellers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally you only need to verify once UNLESS you have recently added a new debit card to your account, is this the case with you??

Also your 100% should not be affected on ebay as buyers cannot get negative or neutral feedback so are always 100% so that is not at risk.

Im still waiting for the deposits!!!! I need this account set up asap to pay people.
