Account limited after recieving first payment

i only just joined paypal and sold an iphone 8 on ebay the buyer sent me the money and then my account gets limited i provide tracking number to the buyer he receives leaves positive feedback yet i still can not access the money as i have to send all these stupid documents to paypal this is annoying as i need the funds and dont know how long they are going to hold the money its my bloody money

Sooner you send the documents the sooner the buyers money is released and becomes your money.
