Hopefully someone can help. I have had my PayPal account limited since the 18th when they asked for photo ID. i e-mailed this through and understand that this would be dealt with tithin 72 hours. i have a business account and also a private one and both were limited at the same time asking for photo ID. i have since been on the phone at least 7 diferent occasiions where i am told that the issue will be esculated and that it is with the compliance department. i am then told that i cannot speak to the compliance department because they dont answer the phones. what am i meant to do. it is now 15 days since the account was limited and is having a major affect on my business as we sell school uniform online and parents are not able to pay via PayPal. can anyone help please.

Sorry but only customer services can help you with account problems, from what i hear they are not exactly quick resolving account limitations.
