Je n arrive pas a recuperer un virement recu

Bonjour Un vendeur m a rembourse un achat en date 25/6. Ce virement parait bien sur mon releve paypal, mais rien sur mon compte en banque. Le solde de mon compte paypal est a zero, la somme n est absolument pas credite sur mon compte bancaire et la seule action que me propose paypal est de cliquer sur remboursement, au vendeur. Et meme ca je ne peux pas le faire car le solde est a zero....aidez moi svp que faut il faire??? Merci Silvia

Hi Siax77

If the transaction isnt in your account then have you bought anything lately as ppal will use the ppal funds to pay for your items

You can click details on your transactions  to find out how you paid ie ppal balance or bank

You will not see a ppal payment in your bank account unless you manually withdraw it from your ppal to your linked bank account

The issue refund is there just in case you need to issue a refund to the buyer so you can ignore it
