I bought a item on ebay paid for it and the seller returned my money because the item was already sold and the listing was not takin down...soooo why did I get charged 9.44 for fees??? fees for what?
If the seller used the "refund" link in the transaction details then any fees would have also been refunded however, if the seller sent a payment rather than refunding then you would have been charged the standard transaction fees. If that is the case you can refund the payment to the sender and request that he or she use the refund link to refund your original payment.
