I use stamps.com for my international labels..... works great, even the customs label.

They used to offer First Class International. I've used it for teh last year & a half since 90% of my international shipments are under 10 Ounces. BUT, In January, PayPal eliminated the First Class Option. My understanding is that they are removing the standard US First Class option too as well as media mail. I was told by a PayPal Rep that they want you to only use Priority Mail for ALL shipping.

You tell me why!!!

If you want a free tool for the International label http://www.usps.com/shippingassistant/ works fine.It will print any label class, with discounted Delivery Confirmation, even though you have to pay at the Post Office counter.

I use it for stray Media Mail and International First Class shipments, since I don't do enough of those to justify Indicia.com or Stamps.com's cost.

Personally, I stopped shipping by International First Class because my items are expensive and IFC doesn't provide Delivery Confirmation. I'd rather just charge the customer for Priority flat rate.
